In Richard's own words

I joined Newport City Homes in August 2022 as a Compliance Support Officer working on the Asbestos Survey Program, before moving to support the wider Technical Compliance Team and progressing on to my current role. Prior to this I worked for a national company providing repair, maintenance, construction, and landlord compliance services to social housing associations throughout the UK. I have over 10 years’ experience in customer services and customer care.
