Why Ashwin entered

Since joining Easishoppe in 2021, Ashwin Smith has demonstrated exceptional operational leadership, contributing to a 39.3% increase in annual LPG distribution volumes, from 3,198 tons in 2021 to 4,455 tons in 2024, while overseeing approximately 60 employees. Through innovative fleet safety systems, digital transformation, employee development and proactive risk management, he has helped strengthen operational performance and accountability, contributing to a 73.8% reduction in average monthly fleet accident and vehicle damage costs during January–September 2026 compared with 2025. His hands-on leadership, commitment to developing people and ability to deliver measurable improvements make him a strong candidate for recognition.
