ELIGIBILITY
Open to individuals, leaders, entrepreneurs, or organizations from any sector.
Must have an active and demonstrable social impact initiative or program.
The initiative should have been operational for at least 12 months.
Eligible globally, though local/national initiatives must clearly show measurable outcomes.
Judging Criteria
Impact: The extent of positive change brought about by the leadership.
Leadership Approach: How leadership principles were applied to drive the initiative.
Innovation: Use of unique strategies or tools to address social issues.
Scalability: Potential for the initiative to grow or be replicated elsewhere.
Sustainability: Long-term viability and ongoing relevance of the impact.
QUALITATIVE CRITERIA
Clear articulation of the social or environmental problem being addressed.
Demonstrated empathy, ethical leadership, and commitment to the cause.
Storytelling and testimonials from stakeholders or communities served.
Leadership that fosters inclusivity, collaboration, and empowerment.
