ELIGIBILITY


To be eligible for the Technology Leader of the Year award, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Leadership Role: Candidates should currently hold a senior leadership position in a technology-related organisation, demonstrating strategic vision and effective decision-making capabilities.

  2. Innovation and Impactful Contributions: Candidates must showcase a track record of innovation and impactful contributions within the technology sector. This may include successful product launches, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, or breakthrough research that has advanced industry standards.

  3. Inspiration and Industry Recognition: Candidates should inspire others through their leadership and have garnered industry recognition for their achievements and contributions to the field of technology.

  4. Ethical Leadership: Candidates must exhibit ethical leadership practices, demonstrating integrity, transparency, and accountability in their professional conduct and decision-making.

  5. Achievements Benefitting Society: The candidate's technological advancements should have a positive impact on society, improving lives, enhancing efficiency, or addressing societal challenges through innovative solutions.




Judging Criteria


Nominees in the Technology Leader of the Year category of the Working Women Awards will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
